Join us for a night of contemporary fine dining with leading Chef Paul Askew, and rising culinary star, Kieran Gill, as they bring their critically acclaimed Barnacle concept to ‘dock’ on Wirral for one night only..!

Designed to celebrate Liverpool’s maritime past, the Barnacle team have curated a sublime menu, filled with far-flung flavours and ingredients from the four corners of the globe.

As ships docked in the Port of Liverpool, packed with exotic spices, unfamiliar fruits and tropical wonders, the city became a melting pot for world cuisines.

Named in honour of Chef Askew’s seafaring father, Captain ‘Barnacle Bill’ Askew, Paul & the team will be unleashing their unmatched flair to deliver their own exciting twists on a range of global classics, as they continue to champion Liverpool’s gastronomic past, whilst showcasing the very best ingredients from some of the finest local suppliers in the region.
